 Cold rolled low carbon steel strips: Cold rolled commercial quality steel normally has a maximum carbon content of 0.15 percent by ladle analysis. The main uses for this product are in drawing, forming, bending, and pressing work.

To achieve the best product for our customers, we supply strip with precision     thickness, stable shape, and a surface condition suitable for plating or painting.Through the integration of our production facilities we can offer a complete range of cold rolled steel strip, and by continuous research and development we have gathered the knowledge and technical expertise to produce to our customers  special  requirements. For example, we can manufacture low yield steel strip, non earing steel strip, and other products used in high technological industries.

Cold rolled special steel strips: Cold rolled special steel strip can be referred to as special steel strip or alternatively as special alloy steel, depending on the chemical composition.
High carbon material has a carbon content of 0.20 ¢®¡© 1.5% and special alloys have the addition of other alloying elements such as Mo, Mn, Cr, V and Ni.
The main application is for a range of machine parts and it is necessary to minimise fatigue limit by heat treatment, including carburizing, quenching and tempering.
By controlling chemical composition and non-metallic inclusions, and introducing spheroidization, the strip is produced out to ensure a high level of workability and to meet the heat treatment requirements of our customers.
Cold rolled special steel strip demands tighter production parameters than mild steel strip, particularly in the areas of gauge and flatness control. for this reason almost all production is on our 6Hi Z Mill, which allows us to meet the high standards requried.
